Each person comes to yoga from a different place physically and emotionally. Tam has a unique ability to understand what you need to do to start and sustain your yoga practice.  Restorative Yoga poses are simple yet profound. The body is fully supported in positions with props such as bolsters and blankets, to help release layers of deeply held tension. Muscles release, the mind calms, and the heart softens.
